Joy and Madness

Joy and Madness closes out the Sunday summer concert series at Commons Beach in Tahoe City. The band plays from 4 to 7 p.m.

Sacramento’s Joy and Madness is an 8-piece funk and soul meltdown — “vintage soul, funk and R&B for the new breed of dance-floor (sand?) maniacs.” Joy and Madness is “insane with happiness that Tahoe City has once again invited us back to the most beautiful venue in California.”
