Blake Shelton, a country recording artist and judge on the singing competition television program “The Voice,” will appear Friday, July 12, at Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena at Harveys. The concert will be held after the opening round of the American Century Championship, which is played across the street at Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course.
