Island of Black and White opens final Live at Lakeview concert

Members of the band Island of Black and White were  interviewed after set at Lake Tahoe Reggae Festival at the MontBleu Outdoor Arena. The Sacramento-area band opens Thursday’s Live at Lakeview concert, the final show of summer at Lakeview Commons. Arden Park, another reggae band from Sacramento, is the headliner.
